We are currently on the lookout for a young, enthusiastic and motivated Cadet to join a large residential developer builder. Our client’s head office is conveniently located close to Sydney’s CBD. They are looking for a stand out Cadet who is ready to kick start their career in construction & develop a solid foundation in their industry skills.
You will be supported and mentored by Senior members of the project team. You will gain exposure across multiple facets of construction including Contract Administration, Estimation, Project Management. This role is predominantly office based however you will have regular site visits. Training for all project management software programmes will be provided.
You will be working on residential & mixed use development projects valued $60m - $300m
We are seeking a progressive, dynamic and hard-working individual who is passionate about the construction industry. You must demonstrate an eagerness to learn, have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
This position is open to recent graduates or candidates who are in 2nd / 3rd year studying Bachelor of Construction Management degree / Project Management degree. Previous head contractor experience is preferred but not essential.
