Cash rich with a strong pipeline of work, this is an exciting time for a finishes foreman to join a stable builder with growth plans over the forthcoming years.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Site Manager you will be responsible for the day to day operations on site for the Finishes packages
- Management of subcontractors in line with the programme
- Ensuring the successful delivery of project on time & in line with the budget
- Liaising between Subcontractors, project managers & internal stakeholders
- Management & coordination & materials
- OH&S
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Finishes Foreman on residential apartment projects $60M +
- Strong attention to detail
- Trades or construction management degree background preferred
- Excellent communication, management & organisational skills
