We have multiple opportunities for Sub-Foreman / Leading hands to work for one of Sydney's largest developer builders. Established for over a hundred years, this Australian owned developer has built thousands apartments in Sydney and has been responsible for re shaping the city's skyline.
As a Sub Foreman / Leading hand you will report in to Foreman and play an integral position in the construction of high rise residential apartment towers.

Key Responsibilities:
Play an integral position in the management of daily site operations.
Coordinate and manage trades in line with construction programme / schedule.
Ensure project milestones are met.
Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are being met.
Coordinating deliveries, and site logistics.
To be considered for the role you must have:
Proven background working on class 2 residential apartment projects.
Must have experience working for a head / principal contractor on projects valued at $50 million plus.
Candidates with experience across structure, fit out / finishes or façade are encouraged to apply.
High rise class 2 experience desired but not essential.
Keen eye for detail and quality.
Carpentry or Construction Management degree background.
Strong understanding of OH&S processes.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
High attention to detail and the ability to work unsupervised
