Project Engineer

- Coordinate and manage all aspects of construction projects, from design concept through to delivery
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
- Oversee site safety and compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements
- Ensure effective communication between all stakeholders involved in the project
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, ensuring they are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide regular project status reports to the Project Manager and other stakeholders
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to project planning and decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- Proven onshore head contractor experience as a Project Engineer
- Knowledge of construction principles, methods, practices, and techniques
- Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications
- Proficient in project management software
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Current construction industry White Card and driver's license
