Remedial Foreman
With the remedial & insurance sector booming we have a number of positions available for Remedial Site Supervisors / Foreman with industry leading and trusted providers of building upgrades and repairs across the residential, commercial and industrial sectors. These opportunities are available with tier 2 & tier 3 principal contractors.
- Coordinating daily tasks according to priorities and plans
- Day to day management of remedial subcontractors and site labour
- Managing compliance of site safety & documentation
- Monitor progress of projects to ensure milestones and KPI’s are being met or exceeded
- Organising trades, scheduling works, progress claim certificates through to completion
- Interpret Plans and Scope of Works
- Review tender documentation and derive a thorough understanding of client requirements.
- Deliver and manage program of works
- Reviewing, actioning and approving project related documentation
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with all relevant stakeholders
Requirements:
- Trades background or degree in Construction / Project Management
- Experience working on or a keen interest to work on remedial, façade, heritage projects
- Strong management & interpersonal skills
- Experience in leading a team
