This role offers the opportunity to work on technically challenging projects in live operational environments, gaining exposure to some of the most sophisticated industrial and commercial developments in the market.

The Opportunity

You will be involved in the delivery of major projects valued between $60 million and $200 million across a broad range of sectors, including:

• Industrial and logistics facilities
• Warehousing and distribution centres
• Manufacturing facilities
• Cold storage developments

Working closely with the Project Manager, Senior Contract Administrator, and wider project team, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and administration of subcontractor packages, scopes of work, procurement schedules, and contract lettings.
• Support the management of progress claims, variations, and project cost reporting.
• Review, negotiate, and administer subcontract agreements.
• Monitor and track project expenditure, subcontractor claims, and budget performance.
• Coordinate and manage Requests for Information (RFIs) with clients, consultants, and architects.
• Assist with project planning, programming, and construction methodologies.
• Support the implementation and administration of project Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) systems.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate closely with site and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

About You

To be considered for this opportunity, you will possess:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience working for a recognised head contractor in Australia.
• A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience delivering commercial, industrial, or large-scale building projects.
• Exposure to industrial construction projects will be highly regarded.
• A sound understanding of the NSW construction market, procurement processes, and subcontractor networks.
• Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
• High attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
