An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of Australia's leading developer-builders as a Site / Project Administrator.
This is a pivotal role within a high-performing project team, providing comprehensive administrative and project support to ensure the successful delivery of a major construction project. Working closely with the Project Manager, Site Manager, and wider project team, you will be responsible for the efficient day-to-day operation of the site office while supporting project coordination, document control, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
Manage the day-to-day administration of the site office.
Provide administrative support to the Project Manager, Site Manager, and project team.
Coordinate meetings, agendas, and meeting room bookings.
Manage project correspondence, document control, and filing systems.
Assist with project administration, reporting, and communications.
Maintain drawings, digital information, and project records.
Coordinate procurement activities and office supplies.
Support financial administration, including invoice and purchase order processing.
Administer site-based systems and project platforms.
Assist with workforce administration, including onboarding and inductions for new team members.
Provide support with purchaser handovers and settlement processes.
Maintain project registers and reporting documentation.
Coordinate basic IT and technology support requirements.
Contribute to the overall effectiveness and success of the project team.
