Site Supervisor
A position is available for a Site Supervisor with a tier 3 commercial head contractor specialising in refurb & fit out projects valued up to $15m. Specialists in retail, commercial & hospitality projects. Boasting a strong project pipeline & a collaborative & social company culture. Head office is conveniently located close to Sydney CBD & on trainline.
You will be responsible for:
- Adhering to the plans, specifications and construction program without compromising quality
- Managing subcontractors work & schedule
- Ensuring programme schedules, deadlines and budgets are met
- Ensuring site safety standards are adhered to
- Problem solving and advising on solutions
- Coordination of project logistics, material delivery and resource allocation
- Establish and maintain effect working relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
- Close liaison with internal and external staff members
- Liaising & coordinating with stakeholders (from start to finish)
- Reporting into Project Manager / Site Manager
To be considered for the role
- You will have experience in the fit-out and refurbishment market as a Site Supervisor on significant projects valued at $200k - $1m or above.
- You will have a team based attitude, be committed to the task, an effective communicator and a proven ability in coordinating jobs to tight schedules will see you succeed.
- You will have trade qualifications and proven success in the delivery of small to medium sized projects.
- This is an excellent opportunity for a sub foreman to take the next step or a foreman who wants to deliver larger projects in the commercial space.
